Sheri and I came upon Wimberley by accident one day in the fall of 2005 while visiting Austin.We had decided we were going to try to find a way to relocate from Maine as we were tired of the long and cold winters.  We drove into Wimberley and instantly liked what we had found.The people and the character of the town seemed so right. Fate must have been with us as we noticed a "for rent" sign on a building in town and that was to become Dovetails! Everything seemed to fall into place and four months later our dream came together, It truly is "A little piece of heaven"
